About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the MG Topup website and services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

MG Topup sells digital products such as in-game currency top-ups, app subscriptions and gift cards.

Your account

To order, you need an account. You agree that:

• You are 18 or older, or you have permission from a parent or guardian.
• The name, email and phone number you give us are correct and belong to you.
• You keep your password private. Anything done from your account is your responsibility.
• You will tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

We may block or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or breaks these terms.

Orders and delivery

When you place an order, it first shows as Pending. Our team checks it, then it moves to Processing and Completed. An order can also be Rejected or Refunded.

• Most orders are completed in under 5 minutes, but delivery time is not guaranteed. Busy periods, publisher downtime or stock limits can cause delays.
• We deliver to exactly what you typed, such as a Player ID, Zone ID or email. We cannot check that it is the account you meant.
• We may reject an order if the details are invalid, the item is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. A rejected order can be refunded to your wallet.

Prices, wallet and payments

All prices are in Nepali rupees (Rs) and can change at any time. The price you see when you confirm the order is the price you pay.

• You pay for orders from your MG Topup wallet balance.
• To add money, you send a payment by eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer or card and submit the reference. The money is added after our team verifies the payment.
• Wallet balance does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another person.
• Fake, edited or reused payment references are fraud. We will block the account and may report it to the authorities.

Coupons and flash sales

Coupon codes and flash sale prices are limited offers. Each coupon has its own rules, such as a minimum order amount, a usage limit and an expiry date. Flash sale prices end when the timer on the site ends.

We can pause or cancel an offer that is misused, shared in ways we did not intend, or applied by mistake.

Your responsibilities

When you use MG Topup you agree not to:

• give wrong or someone else's account details on purpose,
• use stolen payment details or another person's accounts,
• try to break, scan or overload the website, or get around the login limits,
• resell our products in a way that breaks a publisher's rules.

Third-party brands

MG Topup is not owned by, or connected with, any game publisher or brand shown on the site. All names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to show which product you are buying. The publisher's own rules also apply to your game account.

Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong details you entered, publisher actions such as account bans, or events outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Nepal.
